Benefits and Financial Aids
The following are the benefits of the YEP:
- A monthly stipend of 5,000 Swiss Francs (CHF)

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be a maximum 35 years old at the time of application submission
- Applicants must be available for 24 months during 2025-2026
- Have a first-level university degree
- Provide at least two years of relevant experience
- Have excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of, or experience in, IP, innovation, or creativity
